About Migizi Security Services
Migizi Security Services Inc. is a security company founded by Cathy Stajkowski. Cathy has over 20 years in the security field as a security guard and supervisor / manager.
We are located in Biigtigong Nishnaabeg (formerly known as Pic River First Nation)/ Heron Bay and Marathon, Ontario, but will expand to additional areas as needed.
Our goal is to hire locally if there’s interest and the aim is to train and hire First Nation Staff. This gives local residents an opportunity to enter the security field and possibly a future career in policing.

The Seven Grandfather Teachings
Among the Anishinaabe people, the Seven Grandfather Teachings are a set of lessons that demonstrate what it means to live a “Good Life.” These teachings are Love, Respect, Bravery, Truth, Honesty, Humility, & Wisdom. Although these teachings vary from nation to nation, the lessons commonly come from the same root and share a similar message.
